Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

For toner cartridges, please check that the model matches your printer before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us first and we will help you choose.
